What is it like to be a student at Law and Finance? Students air their views. Who knows better than the students who attend the school every day? Our reporter decided to meet with members of the Student Government and find out how they feel about the school. Here are some of the things they said. |

Jasmine Favorite subjects: Math and Law / Finance Goals: college, not yet sure of career "I feel Law and Finance provides us with a better learning environment. Our classes are smaller, with around 25 students a class." |

Anisah Goals: attending Harvard or Colombia Universities; plan on studying Criminal or Family Law; involved in Mock Trial Program "In attending Law and Finance, I have been given the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds. I get to be in smaller classes that focus on law, and at the same time, take advantage of the many teams and clubs offered at Kennedy High School." |

Akkaya Goals: go to college and become a Pediatrician "I feel that Law and Finance gives students a chance to communicate more with their teachers. Teachers get to know you and help you to learn." |

Ana Goals: College, but not yet sure of career "I like the fact that teachers get to know you personally. I especially like the advisory period. You can write confidential letters to your advisory teacher if you have any issues. My advisory teacher also follows up on us if we aren't doing well in any of our classes, and I think that helps me stay on top of my academics." |

Thy Thy Goals: College; hope to become an architect "I like the advisory. We are all like a family. I especially appreciate the double periods. This gives us a chance to focus on our subjects more. Believe it or not, the day goes by faster as well." |
